At Atelier Orivelle, every creation is designed with care and crafted to bring elegance into your home. Because our pieces are often handmade and unique, we’ve set out clear policies so your experience with us feels seamless and transparent.

1. General Terms

• Orders can be placed by customers 18 years or older.

• Our collections include decor, lifestyle accents, and artisanal pieces, crafted in limited batches.

• Atelier Orivelle reserves the right to update policies and terms without prior notice.

• All designs, product images, and content belong exclusively to Atelier Orivelle.

2. Product Information

• Each piece is crafted by hand and/or with natural materials, making it unique. Slight variations in color,                    texture, or finish are part of its beauty and not considered defects.

• Dimensions, weights, and descriptions are approximate and meant for guidance.

• Product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings.

• Care instructions are provided with every order to help maintain your piece.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and inclusive of GST, unless specified otherwise.

• Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• A confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance — final acceptance happens once your order is                        processed.

• Atelier Orivelle may refuse or cancel an order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent                 activity.

• Occasionally, we may run promotions with specific terms at the time of the offer.

4. Payments

• We accept secure payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• In the rare case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order.

5. Shipping & Packaging

• We currently ship within India.

• Processing Time: 5–7 business days for standard pieces, 7–14 days for custom/made-to-order pieces.

• Delivery Time: 5–10 business days, depending on location and courier service.

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

• Every piece is packed with special care using bubble wrap, cushioning, and sturdy boxes to ensure safe                    arrival.

6. Order Tracking

• A tracking link may be shared by email once your order is dispatched.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to activate.

• Important: Please inspect your package upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported within 48                        hours with photographs and unboxing video evidence.

7. Returns & Replacements

• Due to the artisanal and often made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not accept general returns or                     refunds.

• Replacements or refunds are offered only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• To initiate a claim:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share clear photographs and an unboxing video.

• Retain the original packaging.

• Once inspected and approved, a replacement or refund will be processed at our discretion.

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

• Atelier Orivelle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our                     products.

• We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by mishandling after delivery.

                By purchasing from Atelier Orivelle, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atelier Orivelle, its team,                    and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of violation of these terms.

11. Jurisdiction

                In case of any disputes, competent courts in Mumbai shall have the sole jurisdiction.
